You love animals and are just so fascinated by them. You could watch our neighbor's cat all day and the birds in the sky. I need to get you to the zoo.
If you are fussy, if we say "Owee, where the birdies?" You stop and look up at the sky and raise your arms up and say "a whee whoo ahhhh!" This is one of Mimi's favorite things to do with you!
Mimi and Grandad and Uncle Bob and Aunt Melissa came down to Florida for Alec's 3rd birthday. You had so much fun with them and I am so glad you are warming up to other people now, you were such a mama's boy for so long there!

You make a "k" sound.
You are doing that angry scream again now, it is definitley not a cry, it is a scream. You are going to have your mama's anger management issues. Sorry, bud. You realy are a pip.
You are all about the extremes, yes you are angry and let us know, but you are also so happy at times - you can laugh and laugh and snort and snort. You show all your teeth and just giggle away. You also have this scrunchy up face and hissy type laugh when you get really excited. I love it. Love it. Isn't it just obvious I love everything about you? No one is going to read these journals anymore becasue they are just a nauseating Owee love fest.
You are trying to stand from a kneeling position now without pullin gup on anything. You can pull up now with almost no effort, your little legs are getting strong - and big like tree trunks. But you are smaller by a whole clothing size, almost 2 actually, than Alec was at your age. I think he was just super huge and fat (in a good healthy baby way).
I call you O-wee-jabba-jo-ee.
When Mike comes in the door at night and you hear the alarm beep you get alle xcited and crawl down the hall towards the gargae to greet him.
You put your arms out with palms up now as if to say "Don't know" or "where is?"
You play peek-a-boo with a piece of clothing or balnket now, putting it over your head or in front of your face. Then you laugh and laugh and laugh at just how cool you are.
We went to Boston for a friend's wedding and you were tough. You are just a tough travelling kid. We are slowly breakign you in though!
Mimi was so happy becasue you remembered her when we saw them in Boston! You heard her voice and did your excited Owee arma nd leg and panting act. Yay!
We went to the Aquarium in Boston and you got to meet your girlfriend Natalie who is just a week younger than you. So fun. And you loved the fish.
You love the plastic easter eggs. You could sit there and suck on them and try to eat them all day. They are strewn all over my house but oh well, you are happy.
On Easter you stood for the first time with no real support.
You are really becoming more expressive and communicative every single day.
You make some loud grunting noises, especially when you are trying to fall asleep. Sometimes Alec will mimic you when he is trying to sleep, so funny.
You are a fast crawler now and you get where you want to go, I have "lost" you several times now - very scary! You of course think it is very funny when I am running around the house calling your name and you laugh and laugh after I find you. Not funny!
You are a true monkey child and will climb on anything and everything. Empty suitcases, soda cases, into an open drawer, etc. What am I going to do with you?
You are my sweet, sweet Owee boy and I just love you. Like crazy.
